Relocation Period definition

Relocation Period means the three (3) year time period beginning on the Closing Date, during which Buyer may potentially relocate the Station's antenna as described in Section 4.3 hereof.
Relocation Period means the Use Period (as defined in the Use and Non-Disturbance Agreement) and any Extended Use Period(s) (as defined in the Use and Non-Disturbance Agreement).
Relocation Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (i) one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Effective Date or (ii) the date on which Executive relocates his permanent residence to the greater Chicago, Illinois area. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (A) if Executive uses reasonable efforts to sell his primary residence in the Current Home Location within the period set forth in subparagraph (i) above but is unable to do so, the period set forth in subparagraph (i) shall be extended for an additional ninety (90) period at the end of the initial one hundred and twenty (120) day period and (B) if the period in subparagraph (i) is extended pursuant to clause (A) hereof and, at the end of the extended ninety (90) day period, Executive has still not sold his permanent residence in the Current Home Location despite using reasonable efforts to do so, the Board (or applicable Committee thereof) shall, in good faith, consider a further extension of such period but shall be under no obligation to provide such an extension.

Examples of Relocation Period in a sentence

  • In order to aid in the relocation process, the Company will reimburse you, for a maximum period of two (2) months during the Relocation Period, for reasonable temporary housing rental costs in the San Diego area, up to a maximum of $4,000 per month.

  • In addition to reimbursement of expenses as provided in Section 6(d), in accordance with a mutually determined budget Company shall reimburse Employee for the following reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Employee: (a) the costs of Employee periodically traveling by air between New York and Los Angeles during the "Relocation Period" (as defined below); and (b) the costs of Employee obtaining and maintaining a furnished apartment in Los Angeles during the Relocation Period.

  • Tenant has paid a license fee to Landlord on account of the entire Relocation Period equal to $54,000 simultaneously with the execution of this Lease.

  • If Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason (other than a termination as a result of death or disability) during the Relocation Period, Executive agrees to repay the Company, within fifteen (15) days after Executive’s termination, that amount of the Relocation Bonus that was not earned, as pro-rated based on the remaining Relocation Period.

  • The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive under this Section 7 for all costs and expenses incurred during the Relocation Period in an aggregate amount up to $500,000.

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence, the "Relocation Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending upon the earlier of: (i) the date Employee's immediate family moves to Los Angeles or (ii) the date six (6) months following the Effective Date.

  • If Tenant completes the relocation of its operations from the Supplemental Area to the Premises and places the Supplemental Area in the condition required by this Section 2 on or prior to the Relocation Termination Date, the Relocation Period shall end and Tenant shall have no further right to operate or engage in decommissioning activities in the Supplemental Area.

  • The Relocation Period may be extended for an additional sixty (60) days in the event his house is not sold during the initial 120-day period.


More Definitions of Relocation Period

Relocation Period means the period beginning with the Employment Commencement Date and ending on the first to occur of (i) the Executive’s relocation of his family’s principal residence to the Seattle, Washington area, or (ii) September 1, 2017. Not later than December 31, 2017, the Company will make a tax gross-up payment to the Executive, with the amount of such payment reasonably determined by the Company to put the Executive in approximately the same after-tax position as though no portion of the Temporary Housing Payment, and no portion of any gross-up payment to the Executive pursuant to this sentence, constituted taxable income to the Executive under applicable federal, state and local tax law. For clarity, such tax-gross-up payment will be made only with respect to the Temporary Housing Payment and no other payment or benefit pursuant to this Section 4.4.
Relocation Period means the period beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and ending at 6:00 a.m. on the following Monday, beginning on the last Friday occurring in the 30-day period beginning on the later of (a) the date occurring 180 days after Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s Relocation Notice, or (b) the date of Substantial Completion of the New Improvements; provided, however, that Tenant, by notifying Landlord at least 10 days in advance, may cause the Relocation Period to be any period reasonably selected by Tenant beginning after the date of Substantial Completion of the New Improvements and ending not later than the expiration of such 30-day period. Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for Tenant’s reasonable moving, re-cabling and stationery-replacement costs within 30 days after receiving Tenant’s demand therefor together with reasonable documentation thereof. The parties shall execute a written agreement prepared by Landlord memorializing the relocation.
Relocation Period means the period from the date of this Agreement to the earlier of (i) the date on which Employee relocates his principal residence in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and (ii) June 30, 1998.
Relocation Period means that period of time commencing on the date Tenant has received all required permits and approvals for the Relocation Site and ending ninety (90) days thereafter. The relocation of the Antenna Facilities to the Relocation Site shall be substantially completed within the Relocation Period, to the extent reasonable feasible. The then-current rent shall be reduced by fifty percent (50%) during the Relocation Period.
Relocation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5(b) of this Agreement.

Related to Relocation Period

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.
