Relocation Site definition

Relocation Site has the meaning set forth in Section 11(C).
Relocation Site means any tower site proposed by Buyer for the relocation of the Station's antenna as described in Section 4.3 hereof.
Relocation Site means the site selected by the Owner for the relocation of the Crystal Cottage, being 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx.

Examples of Relocation Site in a sentence

  • The “Relocation Period” shall mean that period of time commencing on the date Tenant has received all required permits and approvals for the Relocation Site and ending ninety (90) days thereafter.

  • The relocation of the Antenna Facilities to the Relocation Site shall be substantially completed within the Relocation Period, to the extent reasonable feasible.

  • The Relocation Site shall be surveyed by a licensed surveyor at the sole cost of Tenant, in which event such survey shall replace and supersede the description of the Leased Premises under this Lease.

  • If an acceptable Relocation Site cannot be located, this Agreement shall terminate with respect to the applicable Site, upon Provider’s thirty (30) days’ written notice.

  • Following agreement on a Relocation Site, the Parties will amend this Agreement to memorialize the required changes in the definition of “Site” and other changes required to memorialize the relocation.

  • In the event Seller does not exercise its option and take title to the Relocation Site on or before December 31, 2008 and Buyer had title to the Relocation Site and provided written notice of the same to Seller on or before December 31, 2008, Buyer shall have no duty or obligation to convey the Relocation Site to Seller and Seller shall have no interest in or right to the Relocation Site.

  • If Seller acquires the Relocation Site from Buyer and fails to Close pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement, Seller shall tender a Quit Claim Deed to Buyer for all of Seller’s interest in and to the Relocation Site upon Buyer’s demand.

  • Relocation refers to the movement of an employee from one geographic location to another;

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Relocate or “Relocation” means the required vacating of a Residential Unit or Room by a Tenant Household and the moving temporarily into another Unit or Room as a result of repairs required to bring the building or a portion thereof which contains a Residential Unit or Room occupied by the Tenant Household into code compliance whether such repairs are undertaken because of Code Enforcement or through Voluntary Code Compliance as defined below.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
