Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.
Original Pre-Funded Amount The amount deposited by the Depositor in the Pre-Funding Account on the Closing Date, which amount is $36,215,225.
Funded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Obligation (excluding a Synthetic Security) or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation at any time, the aggregate principal amount of advances or other extensions of credit to the extent funded thereunder by the Issuer that are outstanding at such time.
Lease Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the Equity Balance (if same has not been paid as of such date)
Credit Balance means the funds remaining and due to a Student after such Student’s loans and other financial aid remittances, including but not limited to Title IV Higher Education Act program funds, have been credited to the Student’s account at School.
Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.
Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
Outstanding Loan Balance means the principal amount of your full-time Direct Loans outstanding at any time, including any Canada Student Grant amount(s) converted to a Direct Loan, together with all interest on those amounts.
New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.
Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.
Surplus Amount in respect of a particular Bid by an Anchor Investor, shall mean any amount paid in respect of such Bid that is in excess of the amount arrived at by multiplying the number of Equity Shares allocated in respect of such Bid with the Anchor Investor Offer Price, and shall include Bid Amounts below the Anchor Investor Offer Price, in respect of which no Equity Shares are to be Allotted, and in respect of refunds that are to be made after transfer of monies to the Public Offer Account, the Surplus Amount shall mean all Bid Amounts to be refunded after the transfer of monies to the Public Offer Account. For the sake of clarity, in case of an unsuccessful Bid by an Anchor Investor, the entire amount paid towards the Bid shall be considered to be the Surplus Amount;
Time balance means the sum of the principal amount financed and the finance charge.
Original Pool Balance means the Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.
Loan Balance means, for any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance due under or in respect of a Timeshare Loan (including a Defaulted Timeshare Loan).
Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.
Undercollateralized Amount As defined in Section 4.01(b)(iii).
Class A Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A Certificates, which is $750,000,000 on the Closing Date, and the aggregate initial principal amount of any Additional Class A Certificates.
Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.
Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
Specified Spread Account Balance means on the Closing Date, % of the sum of the Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date and on any Payment Date thereafter the lesser of, (a) % of the [sum of (i) the] Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date [plus (ii) the aggregate Contract Value of all Subsequent Receivables sold to the Trust as of their respective Cutoff Dates] and (b) the outstanding principal amount of the Notes. However, if (A) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) will be reduced to % on such Payment Date and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Dates as provided in the following clauses (B), (C) or (D); (B) if the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (C) or (D); (C) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (D); and (D) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter. In addition to the ability to amend the “Specified Spread Account Balance” definition pursuant to Section 9.1(a) of the Indenture, the Specified Spread Account Balance may also be reduced or modified without the consent of the Holders of the Notes if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such reduction or modification.
Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”
Credit allowance date means with respect to any qualified equity investment:
Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the
Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.
Loan Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b) of the Indenture.
Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.
