Remaining Company Contracts definition

Remaining Company Contracts means the IMAs and related service and advisory contracts of the Company which remain in effect as of the Effective Date. A complete list of the anticipated Remaining Company Contracts, including the expected dates of termination, and income to be produced from such contracts is attached hereto as Exhibit B.4
Remaining Company Contracts means the IMAs and related service and advisory contracts of the Company which remain in effect as of the Effective Date.

Related to Remaining Company Contracts

  • Company Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Company Contract means any Contract: (a) to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a Party; (b) by which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any Company IP or any other asset of the Company or its Subsidiaries is or may become bound or under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has or may acquire any right or interest.

  • Seller Contracts means all contracts or agreements to which Seller is a party or to which any of its material assets are bound.

  • Retained Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(i).

  • Transferred Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(c).
