Remaining Distributable Cash definition

  • On or as soon as practicable after the Final Distribution Date, after initial distributions are made to Holders of Disputed Claims that have become Allowed General Unsecured Claim against a Filed Subsidiary Debtor during the preceding calendar quarter, any Distributable Cash remaining in the Subsidiary GUC Reserve(s) shall become Remaining Distributable Cash and shall be distributed Pro Rata to the Holders of Allowed Senior Loan Claims and Allowed Senior Guaranty Claims.
