Remaining Field definition

Remaining Field means any field outside the GrayBug Field of Use and the Kala Field of Use.
Remaining Field means the prevention or treatment of all human diseases or conditions (including uveitis and Behçet’s Uveitis), other than those human diseases and conditions comprising the Cardiometabolic Field.

  • Should XOMA not exercise the Cardiometabolic Indications Option, the Parties agree to discuss, through the JSC and/or JEC, potential mechanisms to be put in place with respect to the tracking of sales of the Product as between the Cardiometabolic Indications and the Remaining Field in the Retained Territory.

  • In general, XOMA shall be the lead Party for, and have the final say with respect to, subject to Section 2.9, regulatory activities regarding the Product in the Retained Territory for the Remaining Field and, if XOMA exercises the Cardiometabolic Indications Option, for the Cardiometabolic Indications.

  • Our purpose is to gain an understanding of if and how, in the context of a research project, we can create conditions for a group of farmers to become a learning community engaged in innovation processes and in this way to increase chances for the project to have lastingimpact.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Exclusive Field means the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any cancer in humans through the use of Engineered T-Cells, which shall exclude the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of medullary cystic kidney disease 1 regardless of whether such disease is characterized as a cancer.

  • Initial Indication means the use of a Product for the treatment of opioid addiction.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Competing Product means [***].

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.
