Examples of Remaining Recovery in a sentence

  • For any enforcement action brought by Codiak in exercising its (A) sole right to enforce under Section 10.4.2(b) (with respect to the Codiak Platform Patent Rights) or (B) first right to enforce under Section 10.4.2(c) (with respect to the Codiak Other Collaboration Patent Rights), any Remaining Recovery will be shared equally by the Parties.

"Scope for Recovery" is the recovery estimate of any project for which implementation cannot be shown with sufficient confidence to be technically sound or commercially viable, but which could maturebasedon reasonable assumptions about the success of additional data gathering, improvedreservoir management, amaturing technologyfromcurrentresearch, relaxations in the market constraints and/or terms and conditions for implementing such a project.
