Remarketing Purchase Price definition

Remarketing Purchase Price means, with respect to the RVMTP Shares subject to a Remarketing, a price per share equal to the Liquidation Preference per share plus an amount equal to all unpaid dividends and other distributions on such RVMTP Shares accumulated from and including the Date of Original Issuance of such RVMTP Shares to (but excluding) the Mandatory Tender Date for such RVMTP Shares (whether or not earned or declared by the Fund, but excluding interest thereon).
Remarketing Purchase Price means, with respect to the VMTP Shares subject to a Remarketing, a price per share equal to the Liquidation Preference per share plus an amount equal to all unpaid dividends and other distributions on such VMTP Shares accumulated from and including the Date of Original Issue of such VMTP Shares to (but excluding) the Mandatory Tender Date for such VMTP Shares (whether or not earned or declared by the Corporation, but excluding interest thereon).
