Remedial Action Plan definition

Remedial Action Plan has the meaning in Section 2.4.
Remedial Action Plan means a work plan for performing remedial action under this part.
Remedial Action Plan means the plan of action submitted by the Recipient to the Authority pursuant to the process set out in Clauses 17.3 to 17.10.

  • Contractor shall begin to implement the Remedial Action Plan within three (3) Business Days of its initial submission of the Remedial Action Plan to Owner, and will adhere to such Remedial Action Plan (as may be updated from time to time) in order to regain compliance to the Project Schedule, including the utilization of additional shifts, additional manpower, overtime and the re-sequencing of activities.

  • A Remedial Action Plan that conforms to current industry standards and customary procedures shall be deemed a reasonable plan.

  • Contractor shall consider all comments of Owner and, within three (3) Business Days of its receipt of Owner’s comments, resubmit the Remedial Action Plan for Owner’s approval.

More Definitions of Remedial Action Plan

Remedial Action Plan means a plan to rectify a breach of or performance failure under this contract (or, where appropriate, a Previous Contract in accordance with the terms of such Previous Contract), specifying actions and improvements required, dates by which they must be achieved and consequences for failure to do so, as further described in clause 30;

A RAP is prepared in accordance with the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement as amended in 1987, and the Great Lakes Critical Programs Act of 1990, Public Law Number 101-596, 104 Stat. 3000 (Nov. 16, 1990). A RAP is prepared from a broad ecosystem perspective and with considerable public involvement.
