Remediation Equipment definition

Remediation Equipment shall have the meaning specified in Section 7(d).
Remediation Equipment means all equipment used or useful in connection with Corrective Action, including but not limited to groundwater monitoring, extraction, or sparging wells, piping, and equipment.
