Examples of Remediation Equipment in a sentence
Tenant shall not damage or destroy the Remediation Equipment, and to the extent that Tenant does damage or destroy such Remediation Equipment, Tenant shall promptly upon receipt of an invoice from Landlord, pay to Landlord, all actual, third-party costs, fees and expenses incurred by Landlord to repair or replace such Remediation Equipment.
Implementation of the New RAP will require monitoring wells on the H1 Property and one or more injection wells and possibly a groundwater remediation treatment system to be located on the H1 Property (the "Remediation Equipment") until decommissioning of such Remediation Equipment is approved by the County and decommissioning is complete.
Remediation Equipment and Control Buildings: All equipment associated with the groundwater extraction and treatment systems (pumps, blowers, carbon vessels, stripping towers, etc.) appear to be in good condition and well maintained.
Investments made prior to the date of expiry of this Agreement shall remain in force for a period of ten (10) years from the date of expiry.

If all of the work under the New RAP has not been completed as of the H1 Property closing such that there is Post-Closing RAP Work remaining to be implemented, the deed for the H1 Property shall also include a reservation of access rights for Developer and its contractors to complete that work and to maintain the Remediation Equipment, which reservation shall run with the land of the H1 Property or the parties shall enter into a separate easement, license or access agreement, at Developer’s election.
Except as contained in the Global Materials: Seller has not signed any leases, or licenses (other than the documents described in Sections 3.2.4, 3.2.5, and/or 3.2.6, above, and other than with respect to the Remediation Equipment) currently in effect with respect to the Property or any portion thereof and Seller has no obligations for leasing commissions or tenant improvement allowances due under any prior lease of the Property.
All Remediation Equipment owned by Seller shall remain the property of Seller and may be removed upon completion of Baseline Corrective Action at any Property.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall have the right to pursue such damage claims against any independent contractor of Parent who after Closing causes damage to any Remediation Equipment.
