Remediation Proposal means any Proposal that relates primarily to Remediation or Retirement Activities; provided, however, that a Remediation Proposal shall not include any Proposal relating to (i) construction, operation, maintenance, closure, or post-closure care of Post-Closing Date CCR Units; (ii) a decision to retire either or both of Colstrip Unit 3 or Colstrip Unit 4, or
Remediation Proposal means a Proposal primarily concerning the remediation of ground water or soil contamination located at Colstrip Unit 3 or Colstrip Unit 4 as required under applicable Laws.

  • Remediation Proposal NorthWestern Appointee casts the Shared Vote in accordance with instruction of Avista Appointee Prudency Objection: The NorthWestern Appointee shall be entitled to raise a Prudency Objection.
