Examples of Remediation Report in a sentence

  • The Commission shall approve or disapprove the Remediation Report within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof.

  • Tenant shall bear the responsibility, at its sole cost and expense, for any remedial action, whether resulting from the Tenant’s or the Commission’s Remediation Report or required by any governmental agency.

  • Borrower shall furnish each Environmental Compliance Report or Environmental Remediation Report to Lender within sixty (60) days after Lender so requests, together with such additional information as Lender may reasonably request.

  • Upon completion of the remediation, a Remediation Report (RR) shall be submitted to EPD for agreement.
