REMIC 4 Components. The Class T4-4, Class T4-5, Class T4-6, Class T4-11, Class T4-12, Class T4-13, Class T4-A1AIO, Class T4-A1FIO, Class T4-A2FIO, Class T4-M1IO, Class T4-M2IO and Class T4-BIO Interests. Each of the REMIC 4 Components represents a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • The Class CE Certificates shall be deemed to receive the aggregate of the amounts distributable in respect of the REMIC 4 Components, notwithstanding that a portion of such amount is applied to pay any Cap Carryover Amount.

  • REMIC 4 The segregated pool of assets consisting of the Class C Interest conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of the Class C Certificates and the Class R-X Certificates (in respect of the Class R-4 Interest), pursuant to Article II hereunder, and all amounts deposited therein, with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.

  • REMIC 2 Regular Interests One of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC 2 issued hereunder and designated as a Regular Interest in REMIC 2. Each REMIC 2 Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Principal Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. Each REMIC I Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related REMIC I Remittance Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.   • REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP One of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC I issued hereunder and designated as a Regular Interest in REMIC I. REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP shall be entitled to any Prepayment Charges collected by the Master Servicer and to a distribution of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • REMIC I Assets All of the Mortgage Pool Assets.

  • REMIC VI The segregated pool of assets consisting of the Class IO Interest conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of REMIC VI Regular Interest IO and the Class RX Certificate (in respect of the Class R-6 Interest), with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.

  • Lower-Tier Regular Interests The respective classes of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Lower-Tier REMIC, designated as the Class XX-0, Xxxxx XX-0, Class LA-3, Class LA-4, Class LA-AB, Class LA-S, Class LB, Class LC, Class LD, Class LE, Class LF, Class LG and Class LVRR Lower-Tier Regular Interests.

Each REMIC II Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related REMIC II Remittance Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
