REMIC Administrator definition

REMIC Administrator. The Certificate Administrator or any REMIC administrator appointed pursuant to Section 10.04.

REMIC Administrator. The Trustee; provided that if the REMIC Administrator is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to no longer be able to fulfill its obligations as REMIC Administrator under this Agreement the Servicer or Trustee acting as Servicer shall appoint a successor REMIC Administrator, subject to assumption of the REMIC Administrator obligations under this Agreement.

• The expenses of preparing such returns shall be borne by the REMIC Administrator without any right of reimbursement therefor.

• The Master Servicer or the REMIC Administrator, as applicable, may consult with counsel to make such written advice, and the cost of same shall be borne by the party seeking to take the action not expressly permitted by this Agreement, but in no event at the expense of the Master Servicer or the REMIC Administrator.
