Certificate Administrator definition

Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Certificate Administrator means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association or its successor in interest, or any successor Certificate Administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
