Remote Deposit Capture Services means the services described in this Service Description, to be provided by Bank to Client to enable the processing of Items digitally as Image Exchange Items through image exchange networks or through creation of Substitute Checks and presentment to established Endpoints, including collectively the procedures, protocols, and software used by Bank and its licensors and contractors in connection with the electronic processing of Items.

Remote Deposit Capture Services means all information, web- based services, technological infrastructure and installed software on the Business’ computers, which allow the Financial Institution to submit Checks for deposit through the Internet.

Remote Deposit Capture Services means Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture Services that enable the processing of Items digitally as Image Exchange Items through image exchange networks or through creation of Substitute Checks and presentment to established Endpoints.

Each image transmitted to us using Remote Deposit Capture Services must be legible.

The Credit Union’s Remote Deposit Capture Services are designed to allow you to make Eligible Item deposits to your Credit Union checking, savings, or money market savings accounts using an Eligible Device (as defined below) to transmit item images and deposit information to us.
Unless you notify us within 60 days, the account statement shall be deemed correct, and you are barred from bringing a claim against us for alleged errors regarding any Remote Deposit Capture Services deposits shown on the statement.
There is currently no charge for the Remote Deposit Capture Services.
In case of any conflict between this Agreement and your other Credit Union agreements, specific provisions regarding Remote Deposit Capture Services in this Agreement control over general provisions.
