Removal from Office definition

Removal from Office means the Company's involuntary removal of the Executive from his Office; provided, however, the Executive's transition from President and Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer shall not constitute Removal from Office.
Removal from Office means that the respondent is found to have breached the referenced code and their term in office ceases upon the determination of the Board of Directors to remove respondent from office.
