Remuneration Account definition
Remuneration Account means a record held on the Platform of remuneration due to the Adviser, which is held by SIML in a pooled corporate bank account until the agreed payment date.
Remuneration Account means an account held by the Corporate Authorised Representative to receive the remuneration referred to in clause 4.2. Representative means a director, employee, agent or contractor of the Corporate Authorised Representative (including a Sub-Authorised Representative) and any other person who represents or acts on behalf of the Corporate Authorised Representative.
Remuneration Account means a record held on Zurich’s administration system of remuneration due to the Intermediary, which is held by Zurich in a pooled corporate bank account until the agreed payment date.
Examples of Remuneration Account in a sentence
Allocations under Paragraph (D) above shall be credited to the Participants’ Deferred Compensation Accounts, allocations under Paragraph (F) above shall be credited to the Participants’ ERISA Restoration Accounts and allocations under Paragraph (G) above shall be credited to the Participants’ Excess Remuneration Account.
Such fees will be paid by the Licensee into the Remuneration Account.
A Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account, ERISA Restoration Account, and/or Excess Remuneration Account, including amounts credited thereto.
Such fees will be paid by the Licensee into the Remuneration Account and subsequently transferred into the Corporate Authorised Representative’s operating account.
