Rencore Governance definition

Rencore Governance means a platform commercialized by Rencore as “Rencore Governance” that gathers and tracks Customer’s customizations done with Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI, configuration or 3rd party extensions, their usage and associated costs as well as activities in Microsoft Office 365, automatically analyses and applies policies to the Customer Data to alert Customer about violations of such policies.

Examples of Rencore Governance in a sentence

  • It also processes standard user account data of registered Rencore Governance users.

  • Rencore Governance has read-only access to the M365 tenant, unless the Customer opts into specific workflows that allow Ren- core Governance to edit information in Microsoft 365.

  • If the Customer does not opt into these workflows, Rencore Governance scans the M365 tenant of the Customer and can only flag where restrictions are advisable.

  • The extent to which this occurs depends on the workflows that the Customer allows to run in Rencore Governance and depends on the scan frequency and the amount of data to be scanned.

  • For clarity purposes, Customer shall not access Rencore Governance in order to build a product or service competing with Rencore Governance or to build a product using ideas, features, functions or graphics similar to those of Rencore Governance.

  • Rencore Governance does not carry out any form of “consulting” activity with regard to this data ex- cept for automated analyses, which could include per- ▇▇▇▇▇ data that features in the Customer’s relevant metadata.
