Renewables Obligation Order definition

Renewables Obligation Order means the Renewables Obligation Order 2009 (SI 2009/785) and the Renewables Obligation Order (Scotland) 2009 (SSI 2009/140) as these are amended, restated, re-enacted and/or replaced from time to time;

The amount of any Guaranty Obligation hereunder shall (subject to any limitations set forth therein) be deemed to be an amount equal to the outstanding principal amount (or maximum principal amount, if larger) of the Indebtedness in respect of which such Guaranty Obligation is made.
