Renewal Amendment definition

Renewal Amendment. Defined in Section 37.E hereof.

Examples of Renewal Amendment in a sentence

  • If Tenant provides Landlord with a Binding Notice, Landlord and Tenant shall enter into the Renewal Amendment (as defined below) upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • With respect to benefits payable under a Deferral Agreement and/or installment payout election, the Participant and his Beneficiaries are and shall remain unsecured general creditors of the Company.

  • If Tenant provides Landlord with a Binding Notice, Landlord and Tenant shall enter into the Renewal Amendment upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
