Renewal Contract definition

Renewal Contract means an amended and restated CCO Contract for the next Benefit Period that OHA submits to CMS for approval as described in OAR 410-141-3725.
Renewal Contract means a contract awarded to a current sponsoring organization for the ensuing biennium, based on the evaluation of a renewal application.
Renewal Contract means either: (1) a Rate Amendment described in Sample Contract, Exhibit C, Section 11; or (2) an amendment extending this term of the Contract.
