During the Initial Contract Term or any Renewal Contract Term, the Contractor will furnish all of the Goods or Services described in the Contract Documents of Contractor by APS.
In the event that you do not enter into a Renewal Contract, Embrace® will maintain your database information in read-only format for one (1) year from the date of termination of this Contract or subsequent failure to renew.
