the Lease definition

the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;
the Lease means the leasehold agreement or its equivalent between the Academy Trust and any third party (“the Landlord”) in respect of the site upon which the Academy is situated;
the Lease means the relevant portions of the Lease to which this Tenant Work Letter is attached as Exhibit D.

Examples of the Lease in a sentence

  • Tenant does not intend to record the Lease or any lease commencement certificate.

the Lease means the relevant portions of the Lease to which this Work Letter Agreement is attached as Exhibit “C”.
