the Lease definition

the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;
the Lease means the leasehold agreement or its equivalent between the Academy Trust and any third party (“the Landlord”) in respect of the site upon which the Academy is situated;
the Lease means the relevant portions of the Lease to which this Tenant Work Letter is attached as Exhibit D.

Examples of the Lease in a sentence

  • The terms capitalized in this Exhibit shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Lease.

  • Unless Landlord requires otherwise, all Alterations shall become the property of Landlord and shall be surrendered with the Premises as a part thereof, at the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease.

  • In addition, a Net Tenant Delay of thirty (30) calendar days or more shall constitute a default and breach by Tenant of the Lease.
