Renewal Fund definition

Renewal Fund means the special trust fund so designated, established pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.
Renewal Fund means a fund established to provide for renewal or to discharge a loan raised to provide for renewal;
Renewal Fund means the fund so designated and created pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Indenture.

  • Venture capital fund means a private fund that meets the definition of a venture capital fund in SEC Rule 203(l)-1, 17 C.F.R. § 275.203(l)-1.

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • Special Limited Partner Interest means the interest of the Special Limited Partner in the Partnership representing its right as the holder of an interest in distributions described in Sections 5.1(b)(iii)(A), (c), (d) and (e) (and any corresponding allocations of income, gain, loss and deduction under this Agreement).

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Initial Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Defaulting Limited Partner has the meaning provided in Section 5.2(c) hereof.

  • Initial Limited Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Replacement Capital Covenant has the meaning specified in the introduction to this instrument.
