XE shall advise You of the Renewal License Fee by way of a Renewal Invoice sent no earlier than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of such Renewal Term.
XE may amend this Agreement by posting the amended terms on XE’s website at xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/xecurrencydata/ and/or by including a copy of the amended terms in the Renewal Invoice.
