Examples of Renewal Unit Addendum in a sentence

  • Franchisee will have the right to obtain a Renewal Unit Addendum subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of clause 2.5 of the Franchise Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if, between the date of the Renewal Notice and the expiration date of the Term, any act, circumstance or omission causes Franchisee to become ineligible to obtain a Renewal Unit Addendum then FRANCHISOR must advise Franchisee in writing thereof, specifying the deficiency and identifying a cure period, if applicable.
