All Rent will be paid to Landlord in lawful money of the United States of America, at Landlord's Rent Address or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, without notice or demand and without right of deduction, abatement or setoff, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease.
