RENT DEFERRAL AGREEMENT definition
RENT DEFERRAL AGREEMENT means the Rent Deferral Agreement, dated as of July 19, 2002, by and among NGP, NGOP, American International Golf, Inc., American Golf Corporation, Golf Enterprises, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Trust dated March 5, 1998, as amended; and
RENT DEFERRAL AGREEMENT shall have the meaning assigned thereto in recital paragraph F hereof.
RENT DEFERRAL AGREEMENT means the agreement, in the form of Exhibit C hereto, among the Borrower and the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders described in Section 6.9 of the Note Purchase Agreements as amended by this Agreement.
