Rent Rebate definition

Rent Rebate means such amount as specified in Column 2 of Item 4 of Schedule 1 given to the Licensee from the Licensor as per clause 14.6 as expressed either as an absolute dollar value or a percentage of the market value;
Rent Rebate means $10,000 inclusive of GST, payable to the Purchaser's landlord (or if clause 2.3(b) applies, to the Purchaser's nominated account) by Huntly within fourteen (14) days of the Purchaser complying with clause 2.3;
Rent Rebate means an amount waived or remitted, in accordance with a scheme established under an Act of the Territory or the Commonwealth, from rent payable for residential premises;

Examples of Rent Rebate in a sentence

  • At the absolute discretion of the Lessor, the Lessor may determine that the Lessee is entitled to a Rent Rebate as specified in Column 2 of Item 6 of Schedule 1 on the basis that the Lessee is a recognised charitable or non-profit organisation.

  • At the absolute discretion of the Licensor, the Licensor may determine that the Licensee is entitled to a Rent Rebate on the basis that the Licensee is a recognised charitable or non-profit organisation; Subject to sub-clause 14.6(a), the Rent is calculated by subtracting the Rent Rebate from the Base Annual Rent, but the Rent must exceed the statutory minimum rental applicable to tenures under the CLM Act; Where the Licensee is not entitled to a Rent Rebate, the Base Annual Rent applies.

  • The Site Rent Rebate Offer may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Subject to the Eligibility Criteria and these Terms and Conditions, the Participant will be eligible to receive the Site Rent Rebate Offer as a reduction to Site Rent under the Site Agreement.

  • The home may not seek or accept in excess of one-half of any rent rebate monies received under the Senior Rent Rebate and Assistance Act by the resident who is an SSI recipient.

  • Offer The Site Rent Rebate Offer will be applied in favour of the Participant by the Promoter from the Commencement Date of the Site Agreement subject to settlement of the Home Purchase Agreement in accordance with its terms and conditions by no later than the date specified as the date for settlement under the Home Purchase Agreement and generally in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Promotion Stage 1 and Stage 2 Vantage Bloomdale - Site Rent Rebate Offer for Buyers (Participants) who: - Purchase and settle a home; and - Enter into a Site Agreement, for selected Sites in Stages 1 and 2 as listed below (Qualifying Sites) from the Promoter (Promotion).
