Rent Waiver definition

Rent Waiver means the agreement reached between the tenant and the Applicant through the Rental Replacement Agreement to allow the tenant to remain at their existing Dwelling Unit or Lodging Unit without paying rent for twelve months and to vacate the Dwelling Unit or Lodging Unit at the end of that period.
Rent Waiver. Starting with the Rent Commencement Date, Annual Base Rent (only) shall be waived in its entirety for the first four (4) full calendar months of Lease Year 1.
Rent Waiver or "PARTIAL RENT WAIVER" as specified above provided that Lessee shall not be in material default in its obligation under this Lease. Should Lessee at any time during the Term be in material default under the Lease and not cure such default within the cure periods provided in the Lease, then the total sum of such Monthly Rental so conditionally excused shall become immediately due and payable by Tenant to Lessor. If at the date of expiration of the Term Tenant has not so defaulted, Lessor shall waive any payment of all such Monthly Rental so conditionally excused.   • In the event that the Rent Waiver Period does not end on the last day of a calendar month, then on the first day of the calendar month in which the Rent Waiver Period expires, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of the Base Rent and Additional Rent for the portion of the calendar month that follows the last day of the Rent Waiver Period, pro-rated on a per diem basis.

  • Tenant covenants and agrees to pay the Annual Fixed Rent in Section 1.1 to Landlord in advance in equal monthly installments commencing on the Term Commencement Date (if not the first day of a month) (but subject to the Initial Fixed Rent Waiver Period) and thereafter on the first day of each calendar month during the Term.

  • Said Rent Waiver, in the total amount of $14,128.15, shall not apply to any other month of the initial Term, nor during any extended, renewal or holdover term.
