Rental Expense definition

Rental Expense means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of rental payments made by the Company and its Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) for such period with respect to operating leases.
Rental Expense means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the lease expense of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined in accordance with GAAP for Real Property Leases with an initial term greater than one year, as disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
