Consolidated Rental Expense definition
Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, the aggregate rental expense (including any contingent or percentage rental expense) of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis for such period (excluding real estate taxes and common area maintenance charges) in respect of all rent obligations under all operating leases for real or personal property minus any rental income of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis for such period, all as determined in conformity with GAAP.
Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the operating lease expense of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined in accordance with GAAP for leases with an initial term greater than one year, as disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters, the consolidated rental expense of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a Pro Forma Basis.
