Rental housing definition

Rental housing means development of a building or structure with four or more dwelling units all of which are intended for use as rented residential premises;
Rental housing means housing for rental which has been provided under the previous housing arrangements or is provided under this agreement and "rental dwelling" means a dwelling that is included in rental housing;
Rental housing means housing that is leased or offered for lease and includes a “dwelling unit” as defined in 9 V.S.A. § 4451 and a “short-term rental” as defined in 18 V.S.A. § 4301.

"Rental housing" or "rental property" includes any mobile home park or manufactured housing community as those terms are defined by RCW 59.20.030. "Rental housing" or "rental property" does not include the following:
