Rental Policies definition

Rental Policies. We cater to families, youth groups, service clubs, and numerous other renters and strive to provide a fun and safe environment for all. Renters agree to abide by the YMCA/Camp Clay rules that are posted throughout the camp, pond area, and in this agreement. The cabin rental includes: Total cabin access, 18 bunks, fire ring outside cabin, cleaning area, flat iron cooking grill, the bathhouse for restrooms, and showers. If the Camp Clay facilitators are requested by the renter to return any item left in a cabin, items will be returned by UPS or US Postal Service for a service charge of shipping costs plus $15.00 handling fee. Housekeeping: Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. You are responsible for sleeping bags, linens, eating utensils and the like. It is your responsibility to assure you have collected all of your belongings before departing the rental. The YMCA/Camp Clay will not be responsible for any item left in a cabin by a renter. Camp staff will check and empty trash periodically during your stay. All other clean-up is a responsibility of the renters. Please leave the property as you found it. Renters who leave facilities left in poor conditions will be assessed a $150 cleaning fee.

Rental Policies. We cater to families and strive to provide a family mountain vacation rental experience. Renters agree to abide by Lake ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ rules that are posted in the cabin. Each cabin comes fully furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, filters, microwave and toaster. You may provide your own linens, purchase them for $25/set or rent them from the office for $4/set per day. This includes sheets only. Maintenance: Please report any problems or damages in your cabin the day of check-in to the park office. If not reported, we must assume the damage or loss occurred during your occupancy and we will have to charge you. When maintenance needs arise during your stay, please contact the park office. It may be necessary for someone to enter the cabin during reasonable hours to perform minor repairs. There will be no refunds for the malfunction of any equipment, including but not limited to heat/air conditioning, appliances or power outages. Housekeeping: Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. Pets: No pets allowed in the cabin. Smoking, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors: There is no smoking allowed in our cabin, our pool area, bathhouse, office or any of our other buildings. There are smoke detectors in our cabin; do not unplug or remove the batteries from them. There are fire extinguishers under the kitchen sink in case of an emergency. Campfires: Our cabin has a fire ring and there is firewood for sale at our office. We enforce all local burn bans. Pool: Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool use is free for cabin occupants; however, you must have a pool pass in order to use the pool. All persons in your party must come to the office to receive their pool pass. Our pool rules are posted at the pool and will be strictly enforced. Check-out Procedures: Upon departure, guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition as it was when they arrived. Please comply with the following before check-out:

Examples of Rental Policies in a sentence

  • By signing this Vacation Rental Agreement Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has read and understands the Vacation Rental Policies.

  • The Contracting Party agrees to comply with the Historic Site’s Rental Policies and Procedures, attached as Addendum A as amended from time to time, and to ensure its vendors’ and guests’ compliance with the policies and procedures, as well as any other directives from the National Trust staff during the Event.

  • Attached to this Agreement and hereby incorporated by reference are the KVL Meeting Room Rental Policies (the “Policies”).

Cabin rules are posted in each cabin. All Park Regulations will also be enforced. A copy of these regulations can be provided upon request. • Each cabin comes fully furnished including dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, filters, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, a limited supply of toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. You provide your own bed linens and bath towels. Do NOT rearrange furniture. Park Rangers are not responsible for any item left in a cabin by a renter. If the Park Rangers are requested by the renter to return any item left in a cabin, items will be returned by UPS or US Postal Service for a service charge of shipping cost plus a $15.00 handling fee. • Maintenance: Please report any problems or damages in your cabin the day of check-in. Contact information is provided at the bottom of this agreement. If not reported we must assume the damages or loss occurred during your occupancy and we will have to charge you. Renters agree to abide by our Tawaw Cabins 2004 Ltd. resort rules that are posted in each cabin. Resort quiet hours are 11:00 pm. All music must be completely turned off. Alcohol is allowed and must be kept in site. Stags or stagettes are not allowed, we are a family oriented, peaceful resort, catering to those that want an enjoyable vacation experience. Each cabin comes fully furnished including dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, filters, microwaves/satellite TV (modern cabins only) and toilet paper. Cabins 1-3 have hot plates not stoves. You provide the linens this includes sheets, pillows, towels and blankets. Do not rearrange the furniture or use outdoors (ex. kitchen chairs).The managers are not responsible for any item left in a cabin by a renter. If the mangers are requested by the renter any item left in a cabin, items will be returned by Canada Post service for a service charge of shipping costs plus $15.00 handling fee.
