Rental Quote shall refer to a quote for Heavy Equipment Rental, or notification of the unavailability of the requested Heavy Equipment, provided by a Contractor to an Authorized User in response to a Rental Quote Request, on a Rental Quote form. Rental Quote means the quotation ORIX submits to Customer to propose Monthly Rental Fee and other related costs with respect to the Equipment.

Examples of Rental Quote in a sentence

  • The Authorized Users shall include supplemental required specifications in the Rental Quote Requests.

  • The Rental Price for substitute or alternative Heavy Equipment shall be equal to or less than the Rental Price provided in the Rental Quote.

  • Rentals for each project or piece of Equipment performed under this Agreement may be ordered through the issuance of a Rental Quote Form which must be signed by an authorized representative of the Customer.

  • Company shall provide Customer the equipment at the prices as set forth on the applicable Rental Quote Form (the "Equipment") upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • The Rental Quote Form will outline the specifics for each individual project or Equipment rental; however, all Rental Quote Forms will still operate under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Each Party shall deliver all notices, requests, consents, claims, demands, waivers, and other communications under this Agreement and applicable Rental Quote Form (each, a "Notice") in writing and addressed to the other Party at its address set forth below on the Rental Quote Form.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Rental Quote Form, the lease term with respect to any Equipment shall commence on the date the Equipment is delivered to Customer at the Delivery Address or as otherwise negotiated as on-rent, as set forth in the Rental Quote Form, and shall cease when Customer notifies Company in writing that it wishes to stop renting such Equipment, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement.
