Rental Services definition

Rental Services means the provision and support of work station computing hardware, access to designated software and means the equipment that the Client will be required to rent in order to effectively and efficiently interface with the FutureLink designated server facility.
Rental Services means rental by us to you of a Vehicle during the Subscription Period as set out in the Booking, subject to these Terms;

Rental Services means the rights granted by Zebra related to the use of the Equipment under the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

Travel: Lodging, meals, and other necessary travel costs that are reimbursed in employee expense claims or paid directly by the claimant are eligible for SMAA reimbursement. If others provide lodging and meals directly to assisters, per diem should not be claimed for reimbursements.

Rental Services consist of the following: (1) Executive management of the rental program; (2) Payment of agency and referral fees and commissions to travel agents; (3) Payment of credit card charges and other collection fees; (4) Administrative and accounting expenses including office supplies, forms, confirmations and other administration services related to the management of the Unit by Manager; (5) Housekeeping costs and other miscellaneous expenses in connection with complimentary use of the Unit for promotional or marketing purposes, as permitted by this Agreement; and (6) Preparation of the Unit for occupancy, including cleaning, fresh linen and other interior cleaning services upon each departure of Owner or Owner's guests (which will be paid for by Owner) or Unit Renters (which will be paid for by Manager), as follows: (A) Mid-Week Clean (applicable only for stays of five days or longer): Cleaning of Unit, including changing of all linens and towels, cleaning kitchens, washing dishes and returning dishes to cupboards. (B) Check-out Clean: A thorough cleaning of Unit after departure of Owner, Owner's guest or Unit Renters, including a complete change of all linens and towels, cleaning kitchens, washing dishes and returning dishes to cupboards. Used or unused dry goods, refrigerated items, amenities, personal possessions and any other items left in the Unit will be removed from the Unit. Manager is not responsible for any of items left in the Unit.
