Rental Services definition

Rental Services means the provision and support of work station computing hardware, access to designated software and means the equipment that the Client will be required to rent in order to effectively and efficiently interface with the FutureLink designated server facility.
Rental Services means rental by us to you of a Vehicle during the Subscription Period as set out in the Booking, subject to these Terms;

Rental Services means the rights granted by Zebra to Distributor under the Rental Services Contract, or to End Users via Authorized Resellers under a Sell Through Rental Services Agreement, which is identified by a designated SKU number, and is related to the use of the Equipment listed in each Rental Services Form, including the maintenance and support thereof.
Rental Services. Contract/rental services that are necessary in the performance of emergency work may also be eligible upon justification. The same justifications for contracted equipment repairs would be necessary as described above in the Materials guidance for repair parts. Contracted services for upgrading of equipment for immediate emergency response service in the disaster may also be eligible to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Travel: Lodging, meals, and other necessary travel costs that are reimbursed in employee expense claims or paid directly by the claimant are eligible for SMAA reimbursement. If others provide lodging and meals directly to assisters, per diem should not be claimed for reimbursements.
Rental Services consist of the following: (1) Executive management of the rental program; (2) Payment of agency and referral fees and commissions to travel agents; (3) Payment of credit card charges and other collection fees; (4) Administrative and accounting expenses including office supplies, forms, confirmations and other administration services related to the management of the Unit by Manager; (5) Housekeeping costs and other miscellaneous expenses in connection with complimentary use of the Unit for promotional or marketing purposes, as permitted by this Agreement; and (6) Preparation of the Unit for occupancy, including cleaning, fresh linen and other interior cleaning services upon each departure of Owner or Owner's guests (which will be paid for by Owner) or Unit Renters (which will be paid for by Manager), as follows: (A) Mid-Week Clean (applicable only for stays of five days or longer): Cleaning of Unit, including changing of all linens and towels, cleaning kitchens, washing dishes and returning dishes to cupboards. (B) Check-out Clean: A thorough cleaning of Unit after departure of Owner, Owner's guest or Unit Renters, including a complete change of all linens and towels, cleaning kitchens, washing dishes and returning dishes to cupboards. Used or unused dry goods, refrigerated items, amenities, personal possessions and any other items left in the Unit will be removed from the Unit. Manager is not responsible for any of items left in the Unit.
Rental Services. The Group shall be entitled to rental income, management fees and/or other expenses, which will be determined by the parties with reference to the prevailing market conditions and the market rent for comparable properties located in the vicinity of the office. Financial Assistance: The Group shall be entitled to such fees, including but not limited to such upfront fees and arrangement fees, and interests which shall be at or no less than the prevailing rates charged by the Service Providers to other customers who are independent from the CMIG Group. The margin financing transactions will be conducted with reference to the Group’s standard interest charge applicable for different tiers of stock collateral.

  • Dental Services means diagnostic, preventive, or corrective

  • Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.

  • Hospital Services means the clinical services provided by the Hospital and the operational activities that support those clinical services, that are funded in whole or in part by the Funder, and includes the type, volume, frequency and availability of Hospital Services; HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications means the document entitled “HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications” as it may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Incidental services means those services ancillary to the supply of the goods and services, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training and other such obligations of the vendor covered under the contract;
