Reorganized Hertz Parent Board definition

Reorganized Hertz Parent Board means the initial board of directors of Reorganized Hertz Parent, as identified in the Plan Supplement; provided, that at least a majority of the directors shall be appointed by the Plan Sponsors (other than Apollo).
