REP Billing Day definition

REP Billing Day has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(c) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Clearance System Business Day means, with respect to the Clearance System, any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearance System is open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
