The Supplier acknowledges that the Repairable Item at all times remains the property of the Commonwealth.
The Supplier must provide the Supplies and, if applicable, return the Repairable Item, to the Commonwealth at the Delivery Location on or before the relevant Delivery Date and in accordance with any special instructions for the delivery of the Supplies specified in the Purchase Order.

The Supplier must not create or allow to be created any lien, charge, mortgage or encumbrance over the Repairable Item.
