REPAYMENTS, PREPAYMENTS. (a) Borrower promises to pay on the Tranche A Maturity Date, and there shall become absolutely due and payable on the Tranche A Maturity Date, all of the Tranche A Loans outstanding on such date, together with any and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon. Borrower promises to pay on the Tranche B Maturity Date, and there shall become absolutely due and payable on the Tranche B Maturity Date, all of the Tranche B Loans outstanding on such date, together with any and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon.
