Replaced Product definition

Replaced Product means an earlier Software Product which will be replaced pursuant to a Maintenance Contract for an Exchange Product.
Replaced Product shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.2.
Replaced Product means any product that is intended to be replaced by the Product.

  • You must cease all use of the Replaced Product at the end of the ninety (90) day period.

  • Each Update to an On-Premise Product replaces part or all of the On-Premise Product (or earlier Update) previously licensed to you (“Replaced Product”) and will terminate such previously licensed Replaced Product to the extent replaced by the Update; provided, however, that you may continue to operate the Replaced Product for up to ninety (90) days from delivery of the Update to allow you to complete your implementation of the Update.

  • In the event NxStage rejects any Product or shipment of Products because of any non-compliance with the Specifications, PiSA agrees to replace such Product or shipment (the “Replaced Products”) at PiSA’s sole cost and expense (including freight charges) and subsequently invoice NxStage for the Purchase Price of the Replaced Product or, at PiSA’s option, reimburse NxStage the Purchase Price paid for such rejected Products, plus the cost of freight paid by NxStage.

Replaced Product means a Nuance software product that Company previously obtained a license to use (either from Nuance directly or from a Nuance authorized reseller); which license is identified in Appendix B, and for which, Company can show proof of entitlement to such license.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
