Replacement Battery definition

Replacement Battery means a battery purchased from an Interstate Batteries authorized warranty dealer at an adjusted price in a pro-rata-warranty- adjustment transaction based on the Previous Interstate Batteries’ Pro-Rata Warranty. Replacement Battery does not refer to a battery acquired in any other type of transaction.
