Replacement Business Day means, in respect of a Replacement, a Business Day in each of (a) London, (b) New York and (c) if the Transaction Type relating to the related Specified Reference Obligation is:
Replacement Business Day means a Business Day in London.
Replacement Business Day means, in respect of a Replacement, a Business Day in each of (a) London, (b) New York, (c) Hong Kong and (d) if the Replaced Transaction or Replacement Transaction is referencing a reference entity of the Transaction Type specified as Asian Sovereign, Asian Corporate or Singapore.
