Replacement Components definition

Replacement Components means those items specified as Replacement Components on Exhibit A. For clarity, Replacement Components are optional purchase items [ * ] = Certain confidential information contained in this document, marked by brackets, has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. and made available by AcelRx from time to time available on a purchase order basis and are identified as Replacement Components on Exhibit A.
Replacement Components shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.04.
Replacement Components means an “improved” or “re-engineered” component that replaces an Exclusive Component of an Existing Exclusive Product or subsequent Replacement Product for that Product. Replacement Components will be designated using the Product Description Form.

Examples of Replacement Components in a sentence

  • An undivided interest equal to the Owner Lessor's Percentage in each Component at any time removed from the Facility shall remain subject to this Facility Lease, wherever located, until such time as such Component shall be replaced by a Replacement Component which has been incorporated in the Facility and which meets the requirements for Replacement Components specified above.

  • Any such Replacement Components shall be free and clear of all Liens, except Permitted Liens, and in as good operating condition as, and with a value, utility and useful life at least equal to, the Components or Replacement Components replaced, assuming such replaced Components or Replacement Components were in at least the condition and repair required to be maintained hereunder.

  • For extended teaching or work assignments at non-Seminary & University institutions, arrangements concerning compensation should be worked out with one’s administrator first, and then with the president/xxxxxx or vice president for administration.


More Definitions of Replacement Components

Replacement Components means diluent, syringes, MicroPins(R) and needles intended for use with Product.

Related to Replacement Components

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Reference Interest Rate Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of "Interest Period", timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, changes to the definition of "Corresponding Tenor" solely when such tenor is longer than the Interest Period and other administrative matters) that the Issuer or its designee decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption of such Reference Interest Rate Replacement in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Issuer or its designee decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Issuer or its designee determines that no market practice for use of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement exists, in such other manner as the Issuer or its designee determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;

  • Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Successor manufacturer means a manufacturer that acquires, succeeds to, or assumes any part of the business of another manufacturer as the result of any of the following:

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.
