Replacement Credit Support definition

Replacement Credit Support has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7.
Replacement Credit Support means bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, cash deposits, and other amounts, obligations or instruments to be furnished by Buyer at Closing sufficient to replace and obtain the release of the Existing Credit Support.
Replacement Credit Support has the meaning set forth in Section 4 hereof.

Replacement Credit Support means, collectively, the Credit Support replaced by Rev on or prior to the Contribution Date for each applicable Contributor Subsidiary.
