Replacement Fuel definition

Replacement Fuel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05 hereof.
Replacement Fuel means synthetic paraffinic kerosene meeting the requirements of any of annexes 2 through 5 of ASTM Standard Specification D7566, latest issue.
Replacement Fuel means natural gas or other fuel which may be readily used in substitution for volumes hereunder to operate Buyer’s Plant in satisfaction of Buyer’s Power Purchase Agreement;
