Replacement Operator definition

Replacement Operator has the meaning set forth in §15.9.1.
Replacement Operator means any third party appointed by Pub Owner to carry out the Services, or services which are substantially similar to the Services, following the termination of this agreement;
Replacement Operator means any Successor Operator (including the Authority) to whom a Relevant Employee may or does transfer under the Transfer Regulations or by operation of law at any time including on termination or expiry of this Agreement (or part of it) or upon the occurrence of a Step In.

  • The City hereby grants to Motivate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and sublicense for Sponsors to use, during the Term, any and all of such System Marks to promote the System, including for use with the System in the event that a Replacement Operator operates the System for any portion of the Term.

  • In the event of an early termination by the City due to Default by Motivate, then the City may procure services outstanding from a Replacement Operator.


More Definitions of Replacement Operator

Replacement Operator means a City-approved successor operator of the System, which may be the City itself.
