Account Operator definition

Account Operator means a bank or other party duly authorised to operate as an account operator pursuant to the Financial Instruments Accounts Act and through which a Bondholder has opened a Securities Account in respect of its Bonds.
Account Operator means a bank or other party duly authorised to operate as an account operator pursuant to the Central Securities Depositories and Financial Instruments Accounts Act and through which a Noteholder has opened a Securities Account in respect of its Notes.
Account Operator means (i) in relation to the SEK Bonds a bank or other party duly authorised to operate as an account operator pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Accounts Act and (ii) in relation to the NOK Bonds and USD Bonds a bank or other party registered as account operator (No. Kontofører) with VPS, through which a Bondholder has opened a Securities Account in respect of its Bonds.

Account Operator means a bank or other party duly authorised to operate as an account operator pursuant to the relevant securities registration legislation and through which a Bondholder has opened a Securities Account in respect of its Bonds.
