Replacement school definition

Replacement school means a school in which a new building has been constructed and is used in place of a previously existing school with the same grade configuration.
Replacement school shall be as defined in the recitals hereto. “Replacement School Site” shall be as defined in the recitals hereto. “RWJBH” shall be as defined in the recitals hereto.
Replacement school means a school authorised to provide assisted places under paragraph (2); and

Replacement unit does not include a unit from which waste is removed during closure, if the subsequent reuse solely involves the disposal of waste from that unit and other closing units or corrective action areas at the facility, in accordance with a closure or corrective action plan approved by USEPA or the Agency.
