Replacement Site definition
Replacement Site shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

Replacement Site means a Functionally Equivalent Lessor site that replaces a Site.

Replacement Site shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.9 (Clinical Trial Audit).
Replacement Site means a Mandatory Replacement Site, Equivalent Site or Discretionary Replacement Site, as applicable.
